I saw that tested truly this week. It is true, and I could see it was all about how much I really wanted it. Have you read about waves and particles, and how they are the same but can only appear as one or the other, and it is the observer that makes it appear as a particle or a wave. I think it is the same thing. We choose to see love and it can't not appear.
